Carla Hartman

Carla has 15+ years of experience in marketing across various industries including energy, software, IT consulting and services.

Carla’s most relevant experience to RTS includes:

Global Marketing Director for TTC Global (The Testing Consultancy), where she built a culture of marketing for a quality assurance consulting firm that helped expand their client base and overall revenue, working closely with consultants, the sales team, and leadership to extend the brand presence.

Adapt2 Solutions, a software development organization that focuses on enterprise software for power market participants and utilities, where she most recently held the title of VP of Marketing and was responsible for overall marketing strategy, execution, managing client relationships, and tracking compelling events in the market which aided in lead and demand generation. Over her time at Adapt2 she was able to help bring in several clients that contributed to overall annual recurring revenue.

With a background in energy and tech marketing, and a MBA in Organizational Leadership, Carla is excited to be part of the RTS team and looks forward to collaborating with everyone and helping RTS reach its goals.

Outside of work Carla enjoys spending time with her family and friends (especially her young son) playing tennis, attending fitness classes, exploring diverse local restaurants, and attending touring Broadway shows when they come to town.

Carla is located in the Houston, Texas office.
